Weinstock’s orginally opened as Hale’s on August 10, 1961. It was renames Weinstock’s in 1967.

Sacramento is an epicenter for the mystical. Aside from the futile attempts to justify taking residency within the valley, such as “2 hours away from everything”, there remains (for me at least) the standing invitation from the city, to seek out her hidden glories.

‘Old Town’ is a gem and I am happy to discover others who share the vision.

The tube is so underappreciated. My fondest memories of Xmas are the *sword/tube* duels with siblings and cousins using the wrapping paper tubes.

The Tower is a treasure and (500) Days Of Summer is a great movie! I loved it! I think it is also at a couple other theaters in Sac now.
